Educational and Professional Background
Cinda Zemel, MA, is a licensed mental health therapist and is state certified in chemical dependency. She has worked in the co-occurring disorders field since 2001 in long-term inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities in Snohomish and Whatcom Counties. Cinda received her BA in psychology from the University of Colorado, her MA in clinical psychology from Antioch University Seattle, and her chemical dependency certification education from Northwest Indian College.
Currently, Cinda is a member of the American Counseling Association, is a volunteer for the Red Cross, and is a chemical dependency preceptor at Whidbey Island Naval Air Station. She is certified in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.

Heading South on I-5 take Northwest Ave., Exit 257 and turn right onto Northwest. Stay on Northwest (which turns into Elm and then Dupont) until you get to the lettered streets. Take a left onto C St. We are the second driveway on the left. We are located in the yellow two-story house, 1715 C St.
Heading North on I-5, take Lakeway, Exit 253, stay right and head towards Lakeway. Turn right onto Lakeway. Get into left hand lane. Stay in that lane and merge onto Holly Street. Turn right onto Bay Street which immediately changes to Prospect. After you pass the downtown post office Prospect turns into Dupont. Take a right onto C St. We are the second driveway on the left. We are located in the yellow two-story house, 1715 C St.
